New IT Service Desk location coming to Krach Leadership Center (KRACH) for fall 2024

Purdue IT is adding a third walk-up IT Service Desk location in the Krach Leadership Center (KRACH), located at 1198 3rd Street. Beginning in time for the first day of classes, August 19, 2024, the IT Service Desk will provide on-site support related to Wi-Fi set up, account issues, multifactor authentication, Purdue Login hard tokens and other services.

KRACH Service Desk Hours:

  • Monday – Thursday: 11:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. and 6:00 – 9:00 p.m.
  • Friday: 11:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
  • Saturday: 11:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.
  • Sunday: 1:30 – 7:00 p.m.

Walk-up assistance remains available at the IT Service Desk locations on the first and second floor of the Wilmeth Active Learning Center (WALC) and on the main floor of the Hicks Undergraduate Library (HIKS).  However, the new KRACH location provides an option closer to University Residences.

In addition, Purdue IT support is always available online at service.purdue.edu where users can search the IT Knowledge Base (KB) for help articles, submit a ticket requests or interact with Purdue Virtual Assistant chatbot.
