As you review the packages below, please be mindful that the "Starting at $" values shown are only a general estimate based on what similar systems may have cost previously and do not include: infrastructure/building services work that may be necessary, features/difficulties unique to your space or installation, or extreme variations in product pricing/availability as a result of economic conditions or product availability. Before any components are ordered or space is designed for a particular application/system, a discussion with AV staff must take place, and a formal estimate must be generated.
Usability:
This package will install a commercial 65" 4K display on the wall and allow for wired presentation via a local HDMI input/cable.
Depending on cable pathway options available for the space, the HDMI cable (for video signal to display) can be routed to the conference table for easy connection to user devices. As an alternative option, a wall plate can be provided underneath of the display for connection from a laptop/tablet/other device.
Please note: The 120VAC outlet needed will need to be provided by other departments if not already installed/available in the desired locations, and is not included in the general estimate total below. This package will install a commercial 85" 4K display on the wall, allow you to present wirelessly via Wi-Fi-connected laptop/tablet/smartphone, allow for wired presentation via a local HDMI input/cable, and allow for video conferencing using a soundbar with an integrated user-tracking/auto-adjusting wide-angle camera.
Depending on cable pathway options available for the space, HDMI and USB cables (for video signal to display and soundbar/camera connection to the PC) can be routed to the conference table for easy connection to user devices.

This package will install a ceiling-mounted projector, point-source speakers, and an ADA-compliant/adjustable-height lectern which includes: a document camera, lectern-top mounted microphone, and 7" color touchscreen control interface. It will allow for presentation from a PC that would be installed inside the lectern, allows for wired presentation via a local HDMI input (for laptop/tablet/etc.) from a convenient connectivity/input plate provided on the lectern top, allows document camera presentation, and includes connection capability for video+audio capture (to share via Kaltura/Microsoft Teams/etc.).
This solution supports a single video output/presentation device, and all equipment will be self-contained within the lectern.

Common installations include 2 or more primary ceiling-mounted projectors, 2 or more supportive video outputs (either projectors or wall-mounted displays), point-source and distributed audio speakers, and an ADA-compliant/adjustable-height lectern which includes: a document camera, lectern-top mounted microphone, and 7" color touchscreen control interface. It will allow for presentation from a PC that would be installed inside the lectern, allows for wired presentation via a local HDMI input (for laptop/tablet/etc.) from a convenient connectivity/input plate provided on the lectern top, allows document camera presentation, and includes connection capability for video+audio capture (to share via Kaltura/Microsoft Teams/etc.).
This solution typically supports the capability for up to eight video output devices (with outputs able to be controlled individually), and all equipment being contained within the lectern and an equipment rack (size of rack will be dependent on the amount of equipment needed for the space).
