Older Blackboard courses to be removed at end of year

Blackboard courses older than five years will be deleted at the end of December as part of an effort to improve the performance and storage capabilities of Blackboard Learn.

Affected courses were created in 2012 or 2013. Courses created in 2014 or later will not be affected. Instructors with impacted courses should have received an email from ITaP notifying them of the pending removal.

Instructors who have information within their course pages that they would like to retain must archive that information prior to December 17.
