LSoft web portal outage planned for Jan. 17 Listserv system upgrade
On Saturday, January 17, 2026, at 8:00 p.m. ET, Purdue IT Messaging will be upgrading the Listserv system to version 17.5. This upgrade focuses on enhancing security and is also expected to improve overall system performance.
The new version includes minor cosmetic updates to the web interface; however, core functionality and list management features will remain largely unchanged. For more details on the enhancements included in this release, please review the LSoft Listserv 17.5 release information here:

During the upgrade, there will be a brief outage of the LSoft web portal, expected to last less than two hours. Any email sent to the system during this time will be safely queued and delivered once the upgrade is complete.
