DocuSign is a cloud-based platform that provides electronic signature technology, allowing users to send, sign, and manage agreements digitally, eliminating the need for physical signatures and paper-based workflows.

Why become a DocuSign Template Admin?

  • I want to create and share template documents.
  • I want to bulk send envelopes.
  • I want to own and/or edit templates.

To become a DocuSign Template Admin, you will need to:

  1. Assign yourself the ‘DocuSign for Template Admins’ course in SuccessFactors here:  DocuSign for Template Admins Training  Complete the course and pass the quiz.  (You MUST assign the course to yourself for proper tracking.)
  2. Review Purdue’s data handling policy here: https://www.purdue.edu/securepurdue/data-handling/keys-to-securing-data.php
  3. Attest that templates created by you will not include restricted or sensitive data.
  4. Once these steps are completed, submit a ticket to it@purdue.edu with your agreement to #3 and career account email.
  5. Template admin access will be granted after course completion is verified.
