Why become a DocuSign Template Admin?
- I want to create and share template documents.
- I want to bulk send envelopes.
- I want to own and/or edit templates.
To become a DocuSign Template Admin, you will need to:
- Assign yourself the ‘DocuSign for Template Admins’ course in SuccessFactors here: DocuSign for Template Admins Training Complete the course and pass the quiz. (You MUST assign the course to yourself for proper tracking.)
- Review Purdue’s data handling policy here: https://www.purdue.edu/securepurdue/data-handling/keys-to-securing-data.php
- Attest that templates created by you will not include restricted or sensitive data.
- Once these steps are completed, submit a ticket to it@purdue.edu with your agreement to #3 and career account email.
- Template admin access will be granted after course completion is verified.
