BoilerKey two-factor authentication will be down from 8 to 9:30 a.m., Sunday, Oct. 9, as ITaP conducts critical maintenance.
Services that require BoilerKey for access - including Brightspace, SuccessFactors, VPN (Virtual Private Network), Web Clock and more - will be unavailable to new logins during this time. Individuals needing access to a BoilerKey-protected service should plan on logging into the service before 8 a.m.
BoilerKey access to services is expected to return by 9:30 a.m., but maintenance will be ongoing until noon. For any interruptions to BoilerKey service between 9:30 a.m. and noon, the recommendation is to attempt to log in to BoilerKey again.
The scheduled maintenance will not affect University networks, Microsoft Office 365 services (email, Teams, OneDrive) or campus workstations.
For problems accessing BoilerKey outside of the scheduled maintenance period, contact itap@purdue.edu.
