Perceptive Content (ImageNow) and WebNow will be unavailable from 4 p.m. on Friday, May 12, until 7 a.m. Monday, May 15, while IT administrators upgrade the imaging software to the latest version.
To avoid potential data loss or a forced disconnection, individuals will need to log out of WebNow or log out and close the Perceptive Content (ImageNow) client before 4:00 p.m. Friday, May 12. The system will be unavailable until 7 a.m. Monday, May 15.
During the upgrade WebNow will be changing to a new web client, Perceptive Experience Content Apps. It will use the same URL, cm.itap.purdue.edu. It will look different than the current WebNow, and there have been QRG’s created for your areas, Finance, Purdue for Life and Sponsored Program Services.
User workstations with the Perceptive Content (ImageNow) client will receive the new client version before 7 a.m. on May 15. The changes to the software are minor, and users will immediately recognize all of the familiar features and settings they’ve worked with in the past.
If you have issues with Perceptive Content (ImageNow), please contact your departmental Perceptive Content (ImageNow) support person.
