This feature enables users within an organization to dial in by phone number to a Teams meeting without the Teams app. This benefits users who may be traveling and/or do not have access to internet or Microsoft Teams. As this feature is rolled out, users may notice invitations for pre-existing, recurring meetings. This is due to audio conference numbers being added to the recurring meetings automatically. 

The A5 license also includes enhanced security for the Office 365 product suite among other features. More details on included features will be made available at the start of the fall 2024 semester.
