How to Contact OnTheHub for Assistance

The OnTheHub Web Store is an independent retailer Purdue partners with to provide software purchases for faculty, staff, and students. Questions regarding purchases or store services should be directed to OnTheHub. They can provide the most knowledgeable and immediate response to issues.

To contact OnTheHub, first log into Purdue's OnTheHub Storefront at

Logging in through Purdue

You will log in using your Purdue Career Account and Password, and then be passed into the OnTheHub store.

Viewing Your Orders

To obtain information about your current orders with OnTheHub, click on the Your Account/Orders link in the upper right hand corner of the page.

On the screen that follows, you will see a listing of all of your orders placed with OnTheHub.  Click on View Details to see the full order summary.

Email Receipt

If you need a new copy of the receipt for a particular order, click on the Email order receipt link next to the order.

Getting Help / Contacting OnTheHub

Questions regarding purchases or store services should be submitted to OnTheHub directly. They provide the most thorough and informed response to any issues with their sales and services.  To get support or ask questions about OnTheHub's products and services, click on the Help link in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.

On the page that follows you will find options to contact OnTheHub (Kivuto Inc.). You will want to use the Customer Support Link.  Fill out the form with a detailed description of your issue.  Include the extact text of any error messages you might have received, your Order Number for any purchase, etc.  Once the form is filled out, click the Send button
