ITaP outage information

Around 9 a.m., ITaP began receiving reports about issues logging into various systems requiring BoilerKey access, such as the Brightspace learning management system. We also received reports about BoilerCast Live Streaming not working. 

We are continuing to work on resolving the BoilerKey login issues; some users have reportedly had success logging in with wait times of three minutes or more.  

BoilerCast recordings appear to have been captured for those scheduled for today. They are accessible through Brightspace and students should be able to view today’s recordings once they are able to log into Brightspace. The live streaming issue is being investigated by our vendor. 

UPDATE: The web-conferencing system Zoom says it has resolved the issue of users being unable to start and join Zoom meetings and webinars.
