Purdue IT has secured Microsoft 365 Copilot and Teams Premium licenses for FY26, offered to Purdue departments at no cost. Interested users can submit the form below for consideration. Because licenses are limited, approval is not guaranteed. 

Current enterprise conversational AI tools available to you from Microsoft: 

• Copilot Chat is your quick, conversational AI for brainstorming ideas and summarizing content on the fly. You already have access to this tool—visit https://copilot.microsoft.com. 
• Microsoft 365 Copilot takes it up a notch by weaving AI directly into Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams, turning your everyday work into a productivity powerhouse. 
• Teams Premium elevates your meetings with AI-generated notes, video chapters, meeting summaries, and enhanced security and branding features inside Teams. Teams Premium is a good choice if you’d like meeting notes without the desire to incorporate Copilot across the rest of the Microsoft productivity suite.  

Note: If you find these tools helpful, please remember to plan for their budgets starting in FY27 (July 2026).
