Purdue IT is postponing the systemwide move to Microsoft MFA, which was scheduled for January 2026. During final readiness checks, staff identified an issue that could create challenges at the start of the spring semester. To prevent disruption, Purdue IT is proactively pausing the rollout until the matter is resolved. 

Users can continue using Duo without any changes for now. Purdue IT will provide a new timeline once confident the transition can occur smoothly.
