Effective December 2nd, 2025, all new phone requests will be softphones. No new physical phones will be deployed. If Teams calling has not yet been deployed in an area, numbers will be created on Jabber (PNW) or Webex (West Lafayette and Indianapolis). They would then port to Microsoft Teams calling when the location migrates to Teams calling.

Headsets

Voicemail Web Inbox

The Unity Connection Web Inbox allows you to access messages online, set message notification devices and options, and change greetings. When off campus, the Purdue VPN is required in order to access this site.

Self Care Web Portal

The Self Care Web Portal allows you to setup speed dials, call forwarding, and configure an additional phone to ring at same time as your VoIP phone. When off campus, the Purdue VPN is required in order to access this site.
