Purdue IT Customer Service Portal
Customers on any Purdue campus can ask the Purdue IT Virtual Assistant chat bot or search the knowledgebase for answers to many of their questions. If unable to find a solution, submit requests or report issues to Purdue IT 24/7. Questions and concerns will be routed to the appropriate Purdue IT staff.

Access BoilerBot for 24/7 self-service options to reset your Purdue Account password, multi-factor authentication or to obtain a Duo bypass code.
Device as a Service
Purdue IT recently launched Device as a Service, a self-service process to order Windows and Apple computer hardware for individual users. Orders can be placed through the new hardware procurement form.
